1. Introduction

Welcome to Nail Vision. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our AI-powered nail design generation SaaS platform, available at nailvision.beauty (the "Service").

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, protect, and handle information resulting from your interaction with our platform. We encourage you to read it carefully.

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreements").

If you do not agree with the Agreements or are unable to comply with them, you must not use the Service. You may contact us at support@nailvision.beauty with any questions or concerns. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and individuals who access or use the Service.

2. Service Description

Nail Vision is an AI-powered nail design generation platform that allows you to:

• Upload nail images and generate custom design variations using artificial intelligence
• Create nail designs from templates with customizable parameters
• Store and manage your generated designs
• Access your design history and download generated images

The Service uses advanced AI technology to generate nail art designs based on your preferences and specifications.

3. Communications

By creating an account on our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may unsubscribe from any or all of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link or emailing noreply@nailvision.beauty.

4. Credit System

Nail Vision operates on a credit-based system. Each AI-generated design consumes credits from your available balance. Credits:

• **Are set according to your plan** when you purchase or renew your subscription
• **Reset (do not accumulate)** at the beginning of each billing cycle - unused credits from the previous period are replaced with the new allocation
• Are non-transferable and have no monetary value
• Are only valid during your active subscription period
• **Are completely removed** when you cancel your subscription and it expires, or when you delete your account

Each subscription tier offers a different number of credits per billing cycle. Once your credits are depleted, you must wait for your subscription to renew or upgrade to a higher tier to receive additional credits.

**Important:** Credits do NOT accumulate between billing periods. Each renewal resets your credits to your plan's base allocation.

5. Subscriptions

Some features of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription"). Billing is done in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles can be monthly or annual, depending on the plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

Nail Vision offers the following subscription plans:

• **Nail Lover**: Starter plan with 15 credits per billing cycle
• **Nail Artist**: Professional plan with 150 credits per billing cycle
• **Nail Boss**: Advanced plan with 350 credits per billing cycle
• **Nail Empire**: Premium plan with 800 credits per billing cycle

At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions, unless you or Nail Vision cancel it. **Credits reset (do not accumulate) at the start of each cycle** - you will receive your plan's full credit allocation, replacing unused credits from the previous period.

**Example:** If you have the Nail Lover plan (15 credits) and only used 12 credits in your first month, leaving 3 unused, upon renewal you will have 15 credits total (not 18). This ensures fair allocation across all billing periods.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will retain full access to all subscription features and your remaining credits until the period ends
• You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
• No prorated refunds will be issued for the unused portion of your current billing period
• **Your credits will be removed** when your subscription period expires
• Your account will revert to the free tier (if available) or become inactive at the end of the paid period

This policy ensures you receive the full value of your subscription payment for the period already paid. However, please note that once your paid period ends, all remaining credits will be removed from your account.

9. Refunds

**Paid subscription fees are non-refundable.** This includes, but is not limited to:

• Monthly or annual subscription fees
• Credits purchased through subscriptions
• Unused credits at the time of cancellation
• Partial billing periods

Exceptions to this policy will only be made when required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Nail Vision management in extraordinary circumstances. When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to your paid subscription features and credits until the end of your current billing period, ensuring you receive the full value of your payment.
